Lecrae Collaborates with a Surprising Artist in a Heartfelt New Song

Lecrae just dropped a heartfelt song called “Blessings,” featuring mainstream rapper and songwriter, Ty Dolla $ign.

Hear it on WAY New, but also on some mainstream channels. That’s something I love about Lecrae – he’s always finding new ways to challenge himself and reach new people. In an interview with HipHopDX, he said, “If you never knew my music, it’s a perfect new introduction… Everybody can enjoy it from a music standpoint, but it still has a meaning to it, which matters to me.”

The message is something he tries to tell people regularly. “My thing is just like I always tell people before you complain, be grateful you got breath to complain with, just appreciate the little things… You woke up, you can walk, and you’re alive. We lost people last year, so just all those little things.”
