WayFM Marriage Conference FAQ

Hey! We love that you're interested in this, but just a heads up, it's for Portland.

Is the conference rescheduled due to COVID-19?

Yes. For everyone’s safety and local government orders, we have postponed the WayFM marriage conference to November 14, 2020 and it will now be held virtually. If you have already registered keep an eye on your inbox for an updated confirmation and access code.

What safety precautions are you taking due to COVID-19?

The WayFM Marriage Conference is happening virtually! You will be able to enjoy this marriage revitalizing experience from the comfort and safety of your own home.

How do I register for the Conference?

You can register here!

How many tickets come with a registration?

The registration is for 2 people. So as a couple you just need to register once for the two of you.

Do you accept checks or cash? 

Checks will not be accepted at any time.  If you want to purchase tickets beforehand but can only pay by cash please contact us at portland@wayfm.com.

Who is speaking at the conference?

We are thrilled to have author and speakers Dr. John Trent and Kari Trent Stageberg from www.StrongFamilies.com leading the conference.

What is the schedule for the day?

The schedule will be released a few days before the event.

How do I take the personality test that is included in my registration?

Check the top of your registration confirmation for instructions on how to take the test.

How do I access the Marriage Conference virtually?

A few minutes before 9am on November 14th go to www.wayfm.regfox.com/marriageconference and use the access code found on your confirmation to unlock the live streamed content.

Is lunch provided?

Lunch is NOT included in your registration price.

Is there childcare available?

No. We will not have childcare available during the conference.

I am no longer able to attend the conference, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. The good news is the live streamed recordings will be available for at least 60 days after the event for you to enjoy whenever you choose.

What if the weather is bad?
We are planning on having the event rain, snow, or shine since it is streaming online. There will not be refunds due to weather. The conference will be streamed online and will be available to watch for up to 60 days after November 14th.

What if I still don’t feel comfortable in large groups?
Not to worry, the conference will now be live streamed! No refunds will be given unless the entire event is cancelled.
