Handling Loneliness in Kids and Adults with Max Lucado

Since the pandemic years ago, so many of us have dealt with feelings of isolation. Community can be hard to find for kids and adults alike. The issues is that children do not always have the language to express a feeling as heavy as loneliness. Author Max Lucado is out to fix that with his new book “Just In Case You Ever Feel Alone.” What I love most about Lucado’s books is how the message always applies to parents AND children . I read this book to my son before bedtime and I’m thankful for the reminder that we are never alone because of the God we serve.

In my conversation with Lucado, we talk about what to do if you identify a tough feeling like loneliness in your child, what shifts you can make if you feel isolated, and why this message is so important right now.
