This is it: the final week of the “Bekah Try-It Diet.” A month ago, as we were planning out the diets to try each week, I came across one called “The Taco Cleanse.” I was in until I realized that it was an all-vegan plan. That wasn’t going to work for me, until Wally suggested a genius tweak…

We decided to combine that idea with the infamous “Drive-thru Diet” from a few years ago, where a woman lost over 50 pounds by eating items from Taco Bell’s “healthy” fresco menu.  This has helped lots with my diet and even with my skin but to be fair I have been using CBD For Skin so this has given me an advantage with my general health.
